Side-by-side version comparison, an AI agent for relationships, and a redesigned Buildings page
April focused on three things: knowing which version of a document you're looking at, getting straight answers from the documentation you already have, and finding your way around faster. Here is what shipped across the month.
Documents and drawings
Make sense of multiple versions of the same document without leaving the viewer.
- Side-by-side version comparison. Open two versions of a document next to each other, with per-document Older and Newer headers that resize as you adjust the panels, and an Open document action on each side.
- Know when something is out of date. A banner now tells you when a newer version of a document is available, and supplemental documents appear in a dedicated side pane.
- Redesigned document viewer. A cleaner side panel with a decluttered toolbar — Summarise, Split and Connections moved into an actions menu — a unified supplements pane with thumbnail previews, and a compact pill showing how many documents are linked.
- Clearer navigation. Folder breadcrumbs now appear in the document viewer header, and corrupted files are visible in the treeview so nothing goes missing silently.
AI and search
Findable does more of the work of connecting and citing your documents.
- An AI agent for relationships. Discover Relationships now finds both newer versions and supplements in a single run, with the agent sourcing its own candidates and no upper limit on what it can consider.
- Clickable citations. File references in chat are now clickable links that take you straight to the cited document.
- More accurate folder answers. Ask Folder now uses retrieval-augmented generation for better answers, and you can adjust the search similarity threshold with a slider.
Buildings and integrations
Get back to the buildings you use most and keep your connected systems in sync.
- Redesigned Buildings page. Row cards and a favourites surface let you jump straight back into recent and starred buildings.
- Hands-free Plania sync. The Plania integration now runs on an automatic scheduled sync, with resync previews showing equipment info for discipline-only changes.
- SharePoint at any scale. The folder picker streams through unlimited folders with infinite scroll, loading every page automatically in stable alphabetical order.
- Easier building setup. Address selection auto-fills gnr/bnr from Geonorge, and the buildings overview gains an owner company name field with grouping.
