February focused on making it faster to check your documentation, ask questions across more of it, and move documents between Findable and the systems you already use. Here is what shipped.

Review and verify your documents faster

A new Document Review workflow gives you a dedicated place to go through your building documentation and confirm it is right.

  • Review documents from a dedicated overview page with pagination and infinite scroll, so large sets stay quick to work through.
  • See each document's AI-generated filename and summary inline as you review, and skip any document to come back to it later.
  • Filter by document type and choose which types you want to review, with clear navigation and an "all caught up" state when you are done.
  • Export your review data to Excel for sharing or record-keeping.

Ask across your whole portfolio

This month makes Findable's AI useful across more documents at once.

  • Start a portfolio-level chat directly from the building context picker to ask questions spanning your buildings.
  • Keep working while the AI responds: queue your next message instead of waiting, with chat tools now shown as visible inline controls.

Bring documents in and out of your systems

Findable connects more tightly with the tools your teams already rely on.

  • A new Plania document import brings Plania documents into Findable, and archived documents can now be removed in Plania to keep both sides aligned.
  • SharePoint subscriptions now show sync status with health indicators and resync controls, so you can see at a glance whether everything is up to date.
  • Integration syncs now keep a persistent history and surface failed documents in a queue with recovery options.

Documents, drawings and access

Smaller improvements that add up across everyday work.

  • Private folders now have their own tab, and file and drawing lists support an editable description field.
  • AI metadata reprocessing shows an inline PDF preview so you can verify changes against the source, and the Extract limit rose from 100 to 300 documents.
  • Search now uses infinite scroll across all views with access filtering, and group membership can be managed directly from the edit-user-access dialog.
