January was a busy month focused on turning your building documentation into answers you can act on. We introduced Insight Cards for portfolio analytics, made workflows work across multiple buildings, added AI-generated summaries with links straight to the source, and launched a new Plania integration. Here is what shipped.

Insight Cards for building analytics

A new way to see the numbers that matter across your portfolio, with reports you can click into and read at a glance.

  • New Asset Manager Dashboard that extracts EPC ratings, plus Fire Safety Certificate and Elevator Inspection Certificate cards
  • New cards for scheduled rent reviews, upcoming lease expiries, and building insurance renewal alerts
  • Create your own custom Insight Cards for the metrics specific to your work
  • Interactive reports with clickable cards, executive summaries, and delete and refresh actions

Smarter workflows and AI summaries

Run extractions across your whole portfolio and get readable summaries that point you back to the documents behind them.

  • Workflows now run across multiple buildings in a single execution
  • AI-generated execution summaries with deep links to the source documents
  • Upload documents directly into a workflow execution, with a progress bar for outputs
  • AI confidence badges in deficiency reports, and a reasoning popover explaining how documents were categorised

Documents, search and classification

Clearer document management and faster ways to find what you need.

  • Rename folders for building documents, and update filenames in bulk
  • NS-3451 building classification with automatic linking
  • Keyword search suggestions now show preview results, with an updated design
  • Inline metadata editing for files and drawings, plus category selection when merging documents

Integrations and portfolio management

Broader connections to the systems you already use, and easier building setup.

  • New Plania integration for bidirectional document sync with category and equipment mapping
  • Enhanced FAMAC and Dalux FM integrations with improved field mapping and error messaging
  • Google Places address autocomplete for building forms
  • Chat enabled for collection users and on shared collection pages
  • Dashboards load noticeably faster thanks to parallelised requests and caching
