June was a busy month, anchored by a major platform update and rounded out with new integrations, search improvements and better document workflows. Here is what changed for you.

A redesigned, more reliable platform

Our version 4.0 release brought a modern interface and a more dependable experience across the board.

  • A complete interface redesign with a cleaner, modern look that makes everyday work easier to navigate.
  • New document collaboration features so teams can work together on building documentation more effectively.
  • Advanced search and filtering plus new analytics and reporting to help you understand what is in your portfolio.
  • A redesigned profile page and centralised permissions settings, moved to a more secure, consistent location.

New integrations: FAMAC and Dalux

We connected Findable to two more systems used across Nordic real estate, so your documentation stays in sync with the tools you already rely on.

  • FAMAC integration completed, bringing that data into your Findable workspace.
  • Dalux integration added, extending the reach of your connected systems.
  • SharePoint folder event tracking, so changes in your SharePoint folders are picked up.

Sharper search and easier document management

Search and document handling both became more accurate and quicker to work with.

  • Global search now surfaces documents that were previously hidden, so you find more of what you are looking for.
  • Search results display filenames properly, making it clearer which document you have found.
  • Archiving and restoring documents update instantly, with no waiting for the screen to catch up.
  • A reworked folder structure and document associations for easier navigation, with better reliability when moving folders and updating permissions.

Collaboration and visibility

Smaller refinements made it easier to keep track of shared work and stay informed.

  • Collection sharing tracking, giving you clearer visibility into how documentation is shared across your team.
  • A release notes preview in the app, so you can keep track of what is new.
  • Improved dashboards and compliance cards with a clearer layout.
  • Updated translations and broader multi-language support for teams working across the Nordics.
