A unified Assets page, social sign-in, and full Danish support
March was a month of making Findable simpler to get into and easier to move around. A streamlined entry point, a single home for your buildings, one place for every setting, and faster ways to sign in — alongside meaningful upgrades to how you read, link and search your documents.
A simpler way in
This month we lowered the barrier to getting started and getting signed in.
- Sign in with your Microsoft or Google account using the new social login buttons, and Microsoft Entra ID users can now sign in directly via cookie-based SSO with no extra clicks.
- Buildings can now be created without first selecting a portfolio, and a "Create another" toggle speeds up setting up several buildings in a row.
Everything in one place
We brought scattered areas of the app together into single, predictable homes.
- Buildings and portfolios are now merged into a unified Assets page, with hover-card previews in the sidebar for quick navigation between buildings.
- A unified Settings hub at /settings consolidates all your settings into one location.
- Building addresses are now clickable to open Google Maps directly.
Sharper documents and search
Your document tools gained precision and better ways to connect related material.
- Selection zoom in the document viewer lets you drag to magnify any area precisely, and an AI-powered metadata proposal card suggests categories and tags.
- Related documents now appear in the viewer for quick navigation between similar files, and a new batch relationship dialog lets you link multiple documents at once, with related counts shown across the platform.
- Documents can now be processed in multiple languages at once, search was added to the Files tab, and you can export metadata to Excel or CSV from the Drawings and Files views.
- Mark documents and folders as private — including uploading straight into private folders and sharing them with full group-level permissions.
Email, language and access
- Auto-import building emails into a document inbox, with a dedicated email address per building, and receive an email when an extraction completes.
- Full Danish language support has been added across the platform, with product names kept untranslated.
- Organisation admins gained user impersonation for support, plus directory sync with group mapping and lifecycle provisioning.
