November focused on making Findable faster to navigate and easier to act on. We put your AI assistant front and centre, gave teams more flexible ways to share work, and refined how you view, find and process building documents.

A clearer way to find your way around

We reworked the core navigation so you spend less time hunting for the right screen.

  • A redesigned sidebar with a clearer structure and groupings, so the tools you use are easier to locate
  • Breadcrumb navigation across the platform, so you always know where you are and can step back quickly
  • Checklist moved into the Toolkit section alongside your other tools, plus a Settings shortcut added to the building sidebar
  • Ask Findable is now your default landing page, putting AI assistance one step closer when you open a building

Ask Findable, more capable and easier to use

Getting answers from your documents now feels more transparent and connected.

  • Ask Findable can show its thinking in a collapsible section, and that thinking now stays in place across page loads
  • Suggested questions on the landing page are translated, and you can preview a document directly by clicking its attachment chip
  • A dedicated chat thread page lets you revisit earlier conversations and their history

Tasks, workflows and routines

Coordinating work across a team got simpler, with new ways to build and run workflows.

  • Assign tasks and routines to several people at once, so shared responsibilities are clear
  • Auto-generate workflows from a plain-language description, select documents by category when running them, and create multiple datapoints in one workflow
  • Save incomplete work with workflow drafts, with steadier long-running sessions thanks to automatic reconnection
  • A cleaner Report tab, with corrected routine counts and priority statistics shown in section headers

Documents, drawings and access

We improved how documents are viewed and processed, and tightened control over who sees what.

  • A built-in Autodesk DWG viewer for previewing drawings, with faster performance when viewing them
  • AI-based PDF splitting for quicker processing, plus the ability to edit file names directly from the preview
  • Merging now preserves file rotation and filenames as expected
  • Building-level access control, with the access tab hidden from users who are not admins
  • New organization-wide management of systems and locations, including syncing that metadata from existing documents, and Dalux synchronization for building categories and disciplines
