Work directly with your documents

This month makes it easier to ask questions, share files, and review them without leaving Findable.

• Chat about a document. You can now chat directly about a specific document, so discussing and collaborating around it is simpler.
• Attach documents in chat. Share files inside a conversation, making it more seamless to bring the right document into the discussion.
• Built-in Excel viewer. Open and review spreadsheets without leaving the app — and Excel files no longer open mistakenly as PDFs.
• A refreshed chat design for a cleaner, more pleasant experience.

A clearer building and document experience

A new design system and reworked pages make your buildings, portfolios, and documents easier to navigate.

• Redesigned document viewer with a better layout and navigation, plus zoom and drag in the drawing preview for closer inspection of plans.
• Mark buildings and properties as favorites for quicker access to the ones you work with most.
• Add multiple portfolios when creating or editing a building, with improved portfolio editing for Customer Edit roles and above.
• Faster, smoother loading on the building page with a skeleton loader, and a document section that surfaces more relevant results.

Tasks, checklists, and collections

Improvements to how you plan work and keep documents organised.

• New modern task interface with flexible routine scheduling, giving you more control over recurring work.

• Checklist-based authorization adds an extra safeguard around document operations.

Integrations

• SharePoint stays in sync — when archived items are removed in Findable, the corresponding delete is now sent to SharePoint.
