Findable introduces a new integration with Interaxo (Tribia), allowing you to import documents directly from your Interaxo rooms into the Findable platform. This enhancement significantly expands the integration capabilities of Findable, making it easier to manage and access your project documents.

This new feature enables users to link their Interaxo rooms with Findable, creating a seamless flow of documents from Interaxo into the Findable ecosystem. Once linked, documents from the specified Interaxo rooms can be imported into Findable, allowing centralised access and management.

How It Works

To set up the integration, users need to configure their Interaxo OAuth2 credentials within Findable. Once authenticated, navigate to the Interaxo integration section in Findable, select the desired Interaxo community, workspace, and room to import documents from. The import function can be initiated from Findable, with progress being tracked within the platform.

The Interaxo integration is available now in your Findable dashboard. To enable the feature, contact your Customer Success Manager or refer to your dashboard's integration settings to begin the setup.
